This last week, I celebrated a year in time, from when I stood mowing a massive lawn (that was horribly overgrown) to where it is now.
As I mowed that massive piece of land, I was thinking where I would put our first garden.
And this called to me. It was mostly flat, and sat above the sloping field where the septic is. Close enough to the house for easy watering. It got good sun.
From mostly the same angle, a year out. A garden in production.
It wasn’t easy work, but we pushed hard on it and got it built.
All I knew was I wanted a garden, and I found the will.
