One of our boys really loves hummus. I have been making this version all week for him for him to dip warmed-up naan bread into. It’s also great to dip roasted chicken into. No preservatives. No cheap oils. Just all the good stuff!
Super Creamy Hummus
Ingredients:
- 2 15-ounce cans of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1/3 cup chickpea liquid
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 large lemons, juiced
- 2 large garlic cloves or 2 tsp granulated garlic
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
Directions:
Drain the chickpeas in a stainer (reserving 1/3 cup of the liquid). Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Process until smooth, tamping as needed.
Store in a tightly covered container, chilled.
