Bump & Bruise Essential Oil Rollerball

While we carry a Bruise Rollerball in our farm store, it is good to have a backup recipe for an essential oil rollerball that doesn’t contain Helichrysum. For casual essential oil users, Helichrysum is one of the most expensive oils you will purchase. The recipe uses Frankincense, which while also expensive from some sources, I feel is worth purchasing for the many uses it has. Simply Earth however is an affordable way to build an oil collection, especially for projects like this. Their oils are priced similar to Aura Cacia oils, and are for topical use.

And embrace the Geranium oil! When I was building my oil collection it was one I put off buying. It just didn’t call to me. I bought it finally, and love the scent in a carrier oil like coconut oil. It smells of rose, but not that heavy rose scent that makes you think of older lady perfume.
